Introduction and Features

Fully enclosed tablet film coating machine has some advantages: such as easy operation; less dust; smooth and fine tablet surface; saving auxiliary materials and convenient maintenance. This machine is used for carrying out sugar coating and film coating to the core of Chinese and western medicine tablets. It integrates strong power, weak power, hydraulic pressure and pneumatic. It is the new type equipment that improved on the basis of the original sugar coating machine.

1. It consists of the mainframe (original sugar coating machine), controllable normal-temperature hot air system, automatic fluid supply and air supply spraying system, exhaust unit etc. The main motor can control the speed. The coating process is carried out in an airtight space.

2. By means of automatic control of electrical appliances, it dissolves the auxiliary coating materials by dissolvent, then sprays dissolved liquid to the tablet surface with high atomized spray gun.

3. Meanwhile, the tablets make continuous and complex track movement in the coating pan, so the dissolved liquid covers the tablet core evenly, the controllable normal-temperature hot air in the pan will dry the tablets, exhaust fan discharges the waste gas and aqueous vapor, gradually on the tablet surface forms a firm, fine, complete and smooth film.
