Dry Powder Granulator

Introduction 

HLG-60 dry granulator is a granulation equipment that integrates extrusion molding of raw material powder-crushing and granulation. Powdered materials can be made into particles with the required mesh size, which increases the specific gravity and flowability of the materials. Through horizontal screw feeding, roller cooling, auxiliary exhaust and two-stage granulation system, the fineness of the finished product is effectively reduced. The powder content improves the granulation quality of the drug and provides good material preparation for subsequent tableting and capsule filling. This equipment has strong applicability to various materials. It does not use any additives in the granulation process and can produce granules of the required mesh according to different needs. It has the characteristics of simple process, large production batch, easy cleaning and maintenance. It can be widely used in medicine, food, chemical and other industries.

◆Adopt horizontal equidistant forced spiral feeding to force the material to pre-pressure, and the speed is continuously adjustable.

◆The pressure roller is arranged vertically, and the surface of the pressure roller is specially treated to have high hardness. (Material selected according to customer)

◆Press rollers with different surface shapes can be used according to different material characteristics.

◆The pressing wheel pressure adopts a hydraulic system to ensure stable pressure and uniform density during the pressing process.

◆The working area is closed and the working conditions are observed through transparent plexiglass.

◆Using a two-stage D-shaped granulating device to reduce the fine powder content in the crushed particles.

◆The screen can be replaced as needed to obtain material
