NJP-3500 Full Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

Introduction 

The NJP-3500 is a filling and locking machine for hard gelatin capsules. Due to the modular structure, this equipment can fill capsules with powder and pellets in different combinations.

With a small footprint, cleaning and mould change can be effected fast and easily on the machine.  Via touch screen of the integrated control cabinet, the operation is simple and efficient.  

Main Features

1.Good-looking appearance, exquisite interface, comfortable operation.

2. The storage seat and the measuring plate are designed as a whole, so that there is no deviation between the measuring plate and the measuring rod, which avoids the friction phenomenon between the storage rod and the measuring plate, improves the measurement accuracy, and greatly prolongs the service life of the machine.

3. Unqualified capsules can be automatically rejected (excluding the qualified rate), and the drugs in the capsules can be recycled and reused, greatly improving the efficacy of drugs.

4.Due to the simplicity and convenience in dismantling, installation and cleaning, various models of mould can be replaced to meet different requirement of production.

5.The vacuum cleaner, vacuum tube and exhaust gas tube are all installed inside the machine, which avoids the phenomenon of air duct being hardened, broken, and air leakage, which is more convenient for cleaning the platform. In addition, the medicines cannot come into contact with organic substances, which is in line with GMP requirements.

6.The storage rod cap is made of stainless steel, instead of the original plastic cap, to prevent breakage; there are fewer screws and covers on the platform, making the overall appearance more beautiful.
