Rotary Tablet Press ZP420 Series

Introduction

This series of machine, is suitable for continuous and big production in pharmacy, food industry, chemical industry, etc. It is the most ideal equipment to press various kinds of particle material into round and abnormal tablets. Circled with Stainless steel and Lucite, the machine is well protected from pollution and also has a good view of the internal structure. This equipment could press the particular double-layer tablet.  It could also press various shapes of tablet, such as oval shape, oblong shape, round shape, etc.  Especially, this machine is equipped with the extra feeding device to make the relatively viscous material to be fed steadily and evenly for being pressed.  

Main Features

1. The exterior part of the machine is fully-enclosed and is made of stainless steel to meet the GMP requirement.

2. It has transparent windows so that press process can be observed clearly and the windows can be opened to make the cleaning and maintenance is easier.

3. The machine can press not only round tablets but also different geometrical shape tablets, double-layered and annular tablets.  The tablets may have the impressed letter/pattern on one or both sides.

4. All the controller and devices are located in one side of the machine, which facilitates the operation.

5. An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus, when overload occurs.

6. The machine's worm gear drive adopts fully-enclosed oil-immersed lubrication with long service-life, avoiding cross pollution.
